Terms and Conditions

1 Usual carriage charge is £8.00 to one mainland UK destination only
2 Carriage is paid on orders over £100 UK mainland only
3 All new accounts are Pro Forma
4 Delivery is up to 7-14 working days unless specified
5 Tea-Time-Tarts Designs do not operate on a sale or return basis
6 Tea-Time-Tarts Designs takes full care with the quality of the product supplied, however we shall not be liable for any consequential loss, whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
7 Payment to be settled within 30 days from the date of invoice
8 Damaged or faulty stock must be reported in writing and returned for exchange within 4 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after this time scale and all goods should be returned in their original packaging.
9 All goods remain the property of Tea-Time-Tarts Designs until full payment has been received.
